User roles

Once a user logs on to V7, they have the worker role.
It needs to be changed to admin or user via the V7 portal → Settings → Members → change the role from the drop-down.
A user’s name appears on V7 only after they log on.
If the user is not part of the CIDM group, they will not be able to log on.

Refer to the example below for the user login page:

Choose Use Single Sign-on.
Type the team name Genentech Parent and click Login.
It prompts for Roche Single Sign-on login details.

User per-workspace limitation

Currently we have 100 licenses. If we go beyond it, we need to pay $2000 per user.
