  • Keep workspace owner aligned to ACE Infra admin ownership model.

Naming standards

  • Workspace naming should follow org, department, team pattern.

  • AD group naming should start with v7ws-.

  • Use a separate owners group for approval control.

User limits

Current license model has per-user limits; track workspace membership carefully.
